Parking is on the street just below the property and it is a one minute walk onto the main street with all its little local shops, coffee bars, and village facilities which include a health centre, school, etc. It also has a good range of local restaurants and plenty of little shops, and a larger Spanish supermarket near the Plaza.

The village has a really nice public swimming pool set in the pine groves, along with a rural camp site that attracts walkers, and birdwatchers. This is a great area for rural pursuits including hiking, cycling, riding etc. and has lots of interesting places to visit in the area including Ronda, and the lakes amongst others and there is a regular bus service to Ronda and Malaga.

The furniture and contents of the house are included in the price – except owners’ personal items. Heating is provided by a wood burning stove in the dining area, and electric wall heaters for the winter months. Mains services connected, high speed internet available.
