The property has a total of 32,910m2 of land which is made up of 5 parcelas of land, four of which are adjoining – three of the parcelas border National Park land. All of them have an abundance of trees, mature trees, shrubs, woodland and many olive and almond trees. There are some great rock formations on the land, and if some of the land was cleared of undergrowth this would provide some large flat more useable areas. The views are lovely over the surrounding countryside and in places, right down towards the Coast. The boundary of most of the land is bordered by farms on each side with ploughed fields and olive groves.
On the land is a large SIERRA american style static caravan of approximately 40m2, supplied with mains electricity. The Caravan is registered on the escritura, as is the electric and water supply and pipework from the borehole up to the caravan, and septic tank.
The caravan is supplied with electricity, and is fully equipped, with hot/cold air-conditioning, gas hook up, water coupled up to main electricity, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything necessary for a comfortable rural retreat. There is a double bed, toilet, provision for a shower, living area with pull out sofa/double bed, table and seating, and a kitchen area – all of which is light and bright with many windows.
There is a fully lined water bore hole (100m depth) on one of the plots with the water table at about 20-25 metres – enclosed in a small brick building. At the moment the water from the bore hole is not connected to the caravan but all the water pipes and electricity cables have been layed in preparation underground and just need connecting at both ends.
The access to the property is nearly all paved, with only the last few metres on a dirt track that does not require a 4 x 4. The road/track to the land is private and only has access to the two farms who have land beyond.
The village of Alozaina offers a full range of facilities including, shops, bars/restaurants, supermarket, schools, health centre, dentist, public swimming pool and gym and many other amentities. It is approximately 1 hour to the Coast and Malaga airport and has a daily bus service to Malaga and Ronda. The nearest large town to Alozaina is Coin, which has a wide selection of major supermarket brands and amenities.
