HOUSE – ACCOMMODATION

The house is modern and well built, beautifully maintained with full hot/cold airconditioning, and a pellet stove in the salon.

Ground Floor – spacious fully fitted modern kitchen, large open plan living area with plenty of seating, sofas, TV, pellet stove, plus dining area with table and chairs, all light and bright, guest cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, large ground floor double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

First floor – 4 double bedrooms (3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one has twin beds), 2, luxury modern shower rooms, all light bright, clean and modern with great views.  The entire house has hot/cold airconditioning and there is a pellet stove in the living room for the cooler winter months.

FURNITURE

The house is fully furnished and includes all the kitchen equipment, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, plus all bed linen, towels etc. but if tenants have their own items that they prefer to use the owners will remove what is not required.

OUTSIDE AREA

Electric entrance gates, fully fenced plot of around700m2, plenty of paved area for parking.

Lower terrace with mature shrubs/plants, large tiled pool area with pergola and exterior sofas , sun loungers on area of artificial grass. Maintenance of the pool and plants is included in the monthly rental price and includes all products/chemical required to maintain the pool.

Top terrace with covered terrace directly in front of the house with table and chairs, great views, fantastic area for alfresco dining with built in BBQ, sink, food preparation area, adjoining guest toilet, utility area with electric water heater. Large area of terrace with table football,  table tennis, trampoline, great views.

ADDITIONAL COVERED PARKING/STORAGE

To the exterior rear of the property is a large secure storage area that belongs to the owners, and a small amount of space i.e. for bikes,  is included in the monthly rental price. More storage may be available, if required, by separate negotiation.

LOCATION

The house is officially within the area of Tolox, but is accessed via Alozaina which is the closest village to it and is about a 10 minute drive on a paved country road to the rear of Alozaina, with the last part being on dirt track that is suitable for most vehicles and does not require a 4 x 4 vehicle. Alozaina has a full range of amenities for daily life, shops, bars, restaurants etc. Tolox is around a 20 minute drive, and the Coast and Malaga airport are approximately 50 minute drive.

1 months rent in advance, 1 months deposit. Proof of income essential – work contract, pension etc. Initial 1 year contract, renewable by agreement.
